Throughout the entire design and development process we keep a close eye on developing a manufacturable solution so your product will be well vetted and well documented. While your product is still in development, PMD will engage you or your team to finalize a design with CAD models for not only moldability and assemblability but also material choices or mold design. This is so that you are aware of everything that is happening every step of the way. You can be certain that your overall manufacturing costs are low because we optimize the design for injection molding and the manufacturing process.
